Volunteers for Concert Dress/Uniform Fittings and Music and Arts

Hello Band Parents,

We have some volunteer opportunities available for you.  Thank you all for your continued support.  As parents you are band boosters and you are what make our great band program a success.

We need volunteers to help with Concert Dress/Uniform fittings on

Wednesday August 17 from 925 am - 1055 am and also from 115 pm - 245pm  
Friday August 19 from 925 am - 1055 am and also from 115 pm - 245pm

We are also in need of a few more volunteers to help with Music and Arts rental contracts at a few area schools.   Liberty Band will be reimbursed $50 for each person per shift so it is  a great way to help earn money for the band program.

We still need 2 people to help with contracts for our first event.

Our first Rental night is next Monday.  It is during the day and in Woodland Park so I know it is not an easy feat.
