Liberty Band Parents, 

We need your help on Wednesday at regionals. Let me keep it simple and break it down,

• Currently we have approximately 
• 90 slots left to fill (many evening shifts)   Including Bus Attendant and Concessions and many more. 
• 55 families filling 132 slots,  (thank you to those who already signed up)
• 13 alumni parents filling 22 slots (so cool to have alumni take the day off and help us out -- they continue to want to see the success of this program)
• 32 students filling slots
• This fundraiser benefits 
• ALL bands at Liberty 
• helps purchase things like Music and much more for our concert bands, jazz bands as well as the marching band. 
• Volunteer Training Meeting is tomorrow Monday at 6:30 PM 
• Donations drop off is at 6:00 PM before the meeting
• We are known as the "sea of red" in the bleachers but ....on this day the "sea of red" is wearing our red shirts throughout this event...from selling tickets, in the concession stand, moving the bands, giving out water, in the parking lots, and everywhere...let's show some of Liberty Lancer Pride we are known for.    

If you at all have any spare time,  we ask that you please help out the program that your student is participating in.  Please click HERE to sign up (if you can make only part of shift, please still sign up and indicate when you can help in the comment line).  Please consider this an ALL CALL and ALL HANDS ON DECK  type of request.

CBA South Marching Regional is coming Oct 16th.  This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and it benefits all of our bands.  If possible, we really could use the help of every band family to help volunteer or donate.   Click here  for the Volunteer signup or Click here  for the Donation signup 

BOA Food Questionnaire

Hello Band Family
We ask that every marching student fill out this form link below, so we can account for their meal choices during the St. Louis trip.  Deadline to complete this form is Oct 8th at MIDNIGHT.  Food will be ordered on Oct 9th and changes will not be possible.  If this form is not filled out for your student by the deadline, option 1 for all meals will be the default.  Staff, Chaperones, and truck drivers please fill this out as well.
