Hello Jazz Parents,

Just a reminder Swinging Sweets is coming this Friday, February 1st from 7-9 PM  at Fellowship Bible Church, 5590 N. Nevada Ave. 80918 

• Get your advanced tickets from Mr.Hedding/Miss Romero for $5 or online at www.liberty.band for $5.45.   Tickets will be available at door for $7
• This is a fundraiser so the more the merrier.  Invite your friends, neighbors, and encourage them to come.  You can use the Facebook invite.
• We still need volunteers to help us make this fundraiser run smoothly.  Please find a slot that works best for you.  We have tried to make the time slots short enough so you can volunteer and enjoy the evening.  Please contribute so that it can be an enjoyable night for all the jazz parents.   https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c044dafa728a0ff2-jazz8
• Check with your kids to make sure you know what they food they have signed up bring. 
• Diane will accept baskets only through tomorrow (after that they will go towards next years event)   
• Please don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have.   

For those of you who are unaware these Jazz events GREATLY reduces our personal out of pocket expenses for the Greeley Jazz Festival in April.  The Greeley Jazz Festival is the definite highlight of our kids jazz band year.

Winter Guard has their show dates set and it would be great if we (LHS Bands) could support them at a show or two this season. Geoff Longo has got a great group of kids and has an amazing show put together for them. They are excited about the season and would be blown away if there were some extra cheers coming from the stands.

and we are looking forward to it and 

the kids are working hard to prepare. 

We are in need of volunteers to help

 and we have tried to break big tasks into smaller tasks

 so that way everyone can work,

yet still have time to enjoy the evening. 

 That means there are lots of jobs to do.

Next Booster Meeting Coming MONDAY January 14th at 6:30 PM

Hello awesome Band parents,

We hope that your winter break went well and that you are as excited about the new semester as we are.  There are lots of things happening so please mark January 14th 6:30 PM  on your the calendar to come to the next general meeting. 

Also just to let you know that the Mattress fundraiser is coming up quickly on March 9th!   SOOOOOOO....   IF WE GET 75 PEOPLE AT THE MEETING ON JANUARY 14th, WE WILL GET AN EXTRA $500 FOR OUR BAND PROGRAM FROM THE MATTRESS FUNDRAISER!   All you have to do is attend!    You will learn about all the exciting things happening this coming semester, updates on construction,  and a short talk from the mattress fundraiser guy.  Also, we will go over the itinerary and answer any questions about the Dallas Trip.    .  

Can't wait to see you all next Monday at 6:30 PM!
