Tis time for all hands on deck as we prepare for another great year as hosts for the CBA Southern Regionals. If you are available that day to help, please use the VOLUNTEER link below to sign up. For those unable to make any time commitments there are many donations needed as well, please see the DONATIONS link to signup below.

There are LOTS of positions so read through carefully before signing up. If you are available for the whole day sign-up for two slots. Don't worry if they overlap a little. If you need to vary your time slightly or are in PIT CREW leave me a message in your comments field. Volunteers will be given a hot dog, chips, snacks & drinks. Arrive a few minutes before your shift to check-in with the volunteer coordinators (visitor locker room). You can bring extra food/drink and layers of clothing and leave in that area. Depending on your position, you may want to bring a camp chair. Liberty Band Spirit Wear is encouraged. There will be training for volunteers on Monday 10/17 at 6:30 pm in the Band room. All Liberty folks are reminded to park across the street at St. Gabriel's church the day of the event.
VOLUNTEER HERE :
DONATIONS are one of the many ways to be involved and support Regionals. Items can be found in grocery or warehouse stores and would need to be dropped off on Monday evening at 6:00 pm in the band room (or make other arrangements with me). If you'd like to help (but donating cash & having us do the shopping would be easier) place a monetary donation in the red mailbox in an envelope titled Regionals Donation before the 10/17 training meeting.
