It's Marching Band Competition time. 

Legacy MB Dinner 9.24.16

Join us in feeding the marching band at the Legacy competition this Saturday on 9.24.16. You'd be amazed at what we can do with a generator, and some turkey fryers and roasters! In one afternoon, we'll prepare a hot meal to serve to 190 people. We need some parents to take food home for initial preparation, some parents to donate desserts, and a very special crew to actually put everything together Saturday afternoon at the festival and serve dinner. After clean-up, you'll have plenty of time to head into the stadium and enjoy the finals performances.

General Band Booster meeting

Hello Band families, 

Monday night is our General Meeting for the booster organization at 6:30pm in the auditorium. You won't want to miss this! There will be a lot of information about all of the bands and their activities. Hope to see you there! 

2016 CBA Regional program advertising.

Hello Band Families,

I am coordinating advertisements for the souvenir program for the 2016 CBA Southern Region State Qualifying Marching Festival on October 19^th hosted by Liberty Band.  This marching band competition is held at D20 Stadium and is a great fund raiser that benefits our entire band organization.

If you or someone you know owns a business, please consider buying an advertisement and sponsoring a trophy in our 2016 Regional program.  The details are below.

Order and payment of advertising are due by September 23, 2016.  Please make checks payable to LHS Band and mail to: Liberty Band Boosters, PMB 226, 3472 Research Pkwy, Suite 104, Colorado Springs, CO 80920.  Invoice will be provided upon request.

Souvenir Program Advertising & Trophy Sponsor Rates:

Half page ad, B&W: $75 (4.75” wide x 3.25 high)

Full page ad, B&W: $100 (4.75” wide x 7.75” high)

Trophy sponsorship: $10 per trophy

Each ad should be a black and white image as .jpg file at 300 dpi.

ENTERTAINMENT BOOKS - FINAL CALL!

Please have your student turn in their payments for outstanding Entertainment Books in the Red Mailbox and/or return any unused books back to Ms. Matzke in the band room.  We currently have 26 students with over 70 books out who have not submitted payments.  Our vendor is anxious to pick up any unused books, so please turn your unused books in soon before he picks them up.  After that, they are your books and we will be looking to you for payment.
